I have a house with a 200 amp service. All of the breakers are in use. I want to create a kitchen/washroom in my basement. I need enough amps for a washer/dryer, stove/refrigerator, 8-10 lights and plugins. I don't thing a 60amp double pole breaker is big enough, how do I install a 100amp subpanel?

I would like to relocate my main 100Amp panel to the inside wall of my garage. Code saids the main panel must be on an outside wall.
