Have you tested for power above the fan canopy? Does the remote red light come on when you press a button? Do the dip switches in the remote and thereceiver match perfectly? Back to you

Is anything working at all? Or no fan, no light, etc?

Does the fan have pullchains? If so, wire it without the receiver and see if it works.
