    Need to move electrical panel
    panel moving.xlsI need to move electrical panel about 8 feet over to the other wall as I am planning to built a washroom there. The meter is about 3 feet from the entrance wire.can I extend the plastic pipe inside the house( not outside) and bring it to the new panel.the shower is going to be about 3 feet from the wall. Do I need to put a disconnect? Or plastic waterproof box?can anyone help.I live in toronto,canada thanks in advance

    May I suggest that you contact your local city electrical inspectors to see if you are allowed to move the panel.

    To safely move the panel, you will have to remove the meter or kill the power from the meter to the main panel. To do this you would have to handle very live and deadly power lines.

    My suggestion is to call a local licensed electrician for this type of work.
