    How to open light fixture on Harbor Breeze fan
    I have tried turning the glass "globe" part in both directions. I have also tried turning the metal part that the globe drops out of and it only moves about a half-inch either way. This is the Aero fan about which I see other problems posted... has anyone had any luck exposing the bulb in order to change it? Very frustrating...

    Turn the globe counter clockwise, when it lines up a certain way it should drop out.
