    how many outlet can be installed on a 20 amp braker
    can I run four 4x4 box each box with doble outlet on a 20 AMP braker

    Yes. In a residential setting there is NO limit to the number of receptacles on a circuit.
    Just use common sense as to what the circuit will be used for.
