How do I program my Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fan Remote
My Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fan remote has been working just fine until last night. It would not turn the light off. I turned off the main power switch and turned it back on then the remote worked.

However, today it is again not working. I can not turn the light back on, nor can I change the speed of the fan. The battery is still good because the lights on the remote are lighting up just fine.

Can anybody tell me if it's lost its program or what I might be able to do to fix the problem? The fan was in place when I purchased the home so I don't have a manual.

Check the frequency of the fan and remote.

Worst case scenario, fried receiver. These things happen.
