How do I go about fixing this type of track lighting?
    Hello,

I have this type of lighting:

It is not working anymore. I had problems with it before, and I got it to work one time by cleaning the 2 contact points in each light fixture with a brush. However it's been erratic in the past, sometimes working, and sometimes not. Recently, I can't get it to work at all anymore. I know it's not the light bulbs.

How do I go about finding out what the problem is? Do I need to call an electrician?

Here is a close-up picture of the ceiling fixture a light bulb.

    I would welcome any suggestions/opinions.

Anyone know why Hampton Bay track states that you cannot cut the track? Every other brand allows track to be cut to the needed length and Hampton Bay is worthless to me if I can't cut it.
