Need to know some details, as each home is different.

    Where is Main Disconnect?
    Separate?

    Combined with the utility meter?

    In the Main panelboard?

    What type of water system?

    Well water?
    City?
Plastic or metal pipe feeding the home?

Plastic or metal water piping in the home?

    Is there any ground rods?

Where does the wire connected to the ground rod come from?

Is there a grounding wire connected to a water pipe?

Not so simple of a topic.
