    I have replaced the pull chain switch of my fan but nothing works why
    Pull chain switch replacement,

    I have replaced the switch to my H.Bay ceiling fan ,but,when I reconnect the electricity it does not work ,even thought I have followed the exact wiring procedure .
    I have put the old switch back on and the fan works at the speed when the chain broke. Could you help me with this problem?

    Are you sure the switch is the same. Fan switches have 1 hot in lead and 3 out. You need to find what wire is the hot lead in the switch.
