    Harbour Breeze fans not working
We have 2 harbor breeze fans in our living room. We currently use one remote to control both fans. It was set up that way several years ago by our contractor. One of the lights went out so my husband changed the bulb. Now the remote does not work on that fan. We pulled out the other remote and it works on the fan but not the light. I can not find the directions for the fan so I am at a loss what to do.

Check the frequency settings on both fans and the remote you normally use, to make sure they all match. Beyond that it sounds like you may have a bad receiver in that fan.

I have five Harbor breeze fans thru-out my house. One stopped working last winter, and within the last month, ALL the others have stopped working. They are all operated via remote control. I hardwired one into the ceiling to run through the light switch, but I am hesitant to rewire all four in the...

Harbour Breeze fan remote control problem [ 3 Answers ]

I was able to prove that my remote control problem is inside the fan, not the remote itself. I reset the dip switches and tried in on an identical fan and the remote works. I assume the problem is the transmitter inside the fan. Is this a customer replaceable part? If yes, where can I buy it?...

Computer fans not working... [ 3 Answers ]

I have an older HP 9695C Pavilion. For a while now it has been rebooting itself on its own. I took the cover of the side and that seemed to help a bit. I'm not sure if it's related but if you move the computer around and then try to restart it nothing comes up on the screen. To fix that I would...
