I need a little more help from you, please.

    1) How did you check the "Light cable"?
    2) Is there a wall switch in the circuit?

I know it may be a PIA question, but is this a new installation or has it been installed and working properly and you decided to change the bulbs?

Can you tell me what the connections inside the cover are. I'm looking for the supply cable and possibly a switch cable.

    Don

A bad connection at a track fitting is pretty common, especially with cheaper track like HB. You have to be careful not to over tighten the set screws that hold the fittings in.

Do you have power at the terminals of the end feed? Or is it a center feed?
