Hampton bay model AC-527 nn fan won't reverse
I have a hampton bay fan, model #AC-527 NN. The previous remote was not working so I replaced it without a problem. The other day, I realized the fan was going the wrong direction and there is no external switch to reverse it. I believe the old remote had a reverse button. I can not find a remote in the store with a reverse button either. I looked inside the receiver box and can't find any way to reverse it either. Any suggestions?

    1. Order a remote with a reverse button from the manufacturer

    Or

    2. Try spinning the blades in the desired direction while cycling the fan off and on. It may work.
