    GFI Circuit breaker malfunction!
I have a circuit breaker panel for my house. One breaker has a built in GFI and protects the bathroom & kitchen circuit. Yesteray it kicked off & would not reset. I finally got it to reset by turning full off & on, but the lights & outlet aren't working and the testbutton does not work. Yesteray we had severe rain & winds & some flooding & when I tried sucking up water with a shop vac . It kicked off the main twice & there was a momentary buzzing when the main turned back on. I see no signos of water in or around the box, but there was some buxxing, when the circutit was turned back on, but no smoke or sparking.
I am electrical novice (light switches & outlets are my level of skill).
Should I just remove this breaker & replace it & it so how do I do it?
Thanks you in advance for any input & feedback
