Size: 9.8 KBI hooked my 2 pole 50 amp GFCI up inline with the house power coming from the circuit Breaker box, the line out to the hot tub isn't hooked up yet. I get readings of 118v from the red to neutral and black to neutral both on the leads from the house power, and also with the switch on, to the hot tub side of the switch. With it off, no reading on the hot tub side of the switch.

When I push the "test" button nothing happens. And I can get a reading of 118v again with the switch off if I test voltage between the Red (or Black) on the house power side of the switch and the neutral wire on the hot tub side of the switch.

Is this a bad switch or did I some how wire it wrong?
