    GCFI outlet
I have a GFCI installed at on outlet and four (4) outside connected to the GFCI. All of the outside outlets worked for over 5 years. The main outlet works but the 4 outside outlets no longer work. I thought that the problem might be the GFCI so I replaced it hoping that this would fix the problem. It did not. What should I do, sort of calling an electrician?

Have u checked the first outlet after the GFCI?

Are the wires to the outlets on the screws or set in the stab holes? If in the stab holes move the screws. Over time the holes get loose.

Get back to us and let us know how u made out.

    Chuck,
Great suggestion. I have power at all outlets now. I also found that the problem was the first outlet in the string. Water had gotten into the outlet from rain and over time the problem was created. I attached at the screws and "Wa-La", power. Thanks so much.
