    Fan speed switch
I have a unknown brand ceiling fan. The speed switch broke inside. When I took the fan apart the switch was crumbled up. The wires were already out.

    Wires in fan:

    Yellow
    Pink
    Grey

    I purchased a 3 speed, 5-8 wire fan switch.

Did a purchase the wrong fan switch.

I can not get the fan to move except for on3 speed, fastest speed.

All help & comments are & will be apreciated.

    Thanks.
