    Electric outlets are not working

    Penny,

    Call your Power company and have them make sure that the supply to your home is working properly.

    Sometimes, a cable an break or come loose and which cause you to lose one supply buss. This would mean that instead of getting 240 volts, your panel is only getting 120 volts.

    However, it is unusual that all of your receptacles would be on one bus and all of the lights on the other. Usually the circuits are on either buss.
