    Circuit Breakers Going Bad
    With nothing plugged in, I flip the breaker the lights dim and the breaker flips off , I checked all the outlets for wires touching, could the breaker be bad.

    Sounds like the Breaker is doing it job. Sounds like you have a short.
    An Electrician will likely check the boxes that are associated with that circuit.
    If that circuit exits the panel with other circuits, it could be in any of those boxes.
