    Step 1. Call licensed electrician. :) Are you planning on making this a DIY project>? OR are you curious to know what all happens? Or a test question?

    I agree.

    Step one: Pick up the Yellow Pages.
    Step two: Call three electrical contractors and get quotes from each.
    Step three: Pick one.
