    Ceiling light
I had a ceiling fan installed in my dining room and it quit working. I thought it was a problem with it so I replaced it with a regular chandelier. After installing it will not work. I am sure we have it wired properly. What do I need to do. The switch that operates it is in the same wallplate that contains the switch for the kitchen which works fine.

Still could be the switch, the fan may have been OK, an electrician may jump the switch to verify.
