    Ceiling Fan Switch
I replaced a 3-speed ceiling fan switch with a 3-wire fan- light switch that I purchased at Home Depot. The fans work correctly but now the light does not work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you had a 3 speed fan switch how did you turn the light on and off on the fan. A 3 speed fan switch can only work the fan and not the lights. The switch you bought has to be wired in a different way,a dedicated wire to the fan and one to the light.
