    Ceiling fan remote
I have a question about our Hampton Bay ceiling fan. It works off the remote control. It was working just fine until it dropped off the bed. The light indicates that the remote is working, and none of the dip switches have moved inside, but it does not do anything to the ceiling fan light or the fan itself! Help! Please let me know what the problem could be. Thanks!

Before buying a new remote and receiver lets try one thing. Move all the swicthes on the receiver to ON and do the same with the remote. If this doesn't fix your issue you are in the market to buy a replacement. This link gives the HB contact info. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/electr...tml#post220359
