    Ceiling fan model
Hi- Can anyone identify this fan. I need a new bracket. The model number on the motor housing is 08-614 (C52E). However, I can't find a match. As you can tell, it's missing a blade. The bracket cracked and the universal brackets from Lowe's, Home Depot don't fit or match. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dennis
