    Can't get ceiling fan down
I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan, suspended from a vaulted ceiling with a down rod. I am attempting to take take off the dome/covering that is hiding the wires and mounting bracket at the ceiling. I attempted to turn this housing, but it will not budge. I also looked and it does not appear as though it is attached with screws.

I don't have the manual available, as it was installed before I moved in. The model number that is on the top of the motor housing was listed as 192103. I am unsure of the name of the style.

Could you please inform me as to how I can get this covering off? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There is a decorative ring covering the screws up against the ceiling. It twists off.
