    building a 16x20 pool room
    Can I put all plugs and lights on one circuit, about 12 total. One is for a refrig?

    Without knowing exactly what you will have plugged in or have on for lights, I would suggest a min of two circuits, one for lighting and for for receptacles, to include the fridge.
