I bought a rotating curling brush in Australia. When I got back to USA I purchased a multi plug to use with it. It turns on but will not rotate. It has very low power. Can this small dryer be made with an electrical cord from the states by an electrician?

First off, you should use a question title that has something to do with your topic.

Second, we have no idea what this thing is, or what it draws, or what the rating is. You have to provide much more information for us to even begin to help.

Australia uses a 220 volt electrical system. The USA uses a 120 volt electrical system for small appliances. The multiplug device only allows you to plug it in. It does not change the voltage. Some appliances manufactured for international markets have a switch that allows you to select the voltage. Unless this appliance has such a switch you cannot use in USA.
