Hi, I have two floor oulets in the basement that just stop working. I have tested to see if there is electricity. Breaker is fine, electricity goes to outlet, if I pluck in the radio tester says electricity goes to the radio but it doest turn on . Same problem in both outlets

The garage lights stopped working. There is an on-off switch with 2 electrical outlets combined together and all power is lost. Circuit breakers all working. Any ideas?
