I am not getting to any power to my plugs in a section of my house
There is a section of plugs in my home that do not work. They are outside and in the garage. I have reset the breaker and nothing. I also have reset all GFI plugs

I bet there is another GFI somewhere that you did not see. It's just too common of an issue.
Unless of course there is a bad connection at a receptacle somewhere. This is also extremely common.

Open your panel and use test probes to see if you have power coming off the breaker. There is where I'd start. How many GFCI receptacles do you have inside the garage and outside, there should really only be one if they were installed correctly.
