    Who manufactures Airworks ceiling fans?
I have moved into a home with remote controlled ceiling fans and one of the remotes does not work. I would like some advise on how to fix the remote or purchase another one.
The only info I have on the fan is Airworks Model BCF-00I9X2.

I am pretty sure it is the remote and not the receiver because when we switch channels on the remote from the other bedroom we are able to turn the fan and light on and off. There are no pull chains on this model.

    Thanks!

Did you check the battery? If another remote will work, get one like it. Doesn't make any difference, they are frequency related not brand related.

hkstroud - I did try googling it thanks... I just don't see a manufacturer specifically listed there.

ma0641 - We did check the battery thanks. The other remote we used is an identical remote to the one not working. We need a second one and I don't know where to get one... or... as you are suggesting some type of universal remote?
