    Absolutely not!!

    The equipment grounding conductor is uninsulated and is not allowed to be a current carrying conductor.

    electricity can be dangerous if not handled properly,

    Insteon has switches that may work(2477D, I believe). Both locations need a hot and Neutral, and 1 of the 2 locations need the load wire, Another option uses a totally wireless switch, that can be placed anywhere with double sided tape, will provide model if it sounds like an option.
