3 remote ceiling fans quit working at same time
I have 4 remote ceiling fans in different rooms on different breakers. They all have their own settings so they can be operated independently. Last night 3 of the 4 quit working at the same time. The led on the remotes comes on when you push buttons but there is no response on any of the 3 fans or lights. We have flipped breakers but can't figure it out.

Sounds like a power surge fried the receivers. What make are they?

They are Hampton Bay. Brand new, 3-4 months. We checked the switches on 2 fans and they are showing about 60v, There are 4 looped together with the first in the loop (a light) reading 120v. I am going to check the voltage at the fan connection tomorrow and see what it reads.

One of the fan switches is showing 120 v.

If the connection at the fan is good, I will just take the receivers back to the Depot. Thanks for you response.
