    Cable lugs selection chart
    1st question :- Alminum cable lugs are used for different cables, (a) Power cable LT 415V, 230V duty as well as for (b) 11kV/6.6kV/33kV duty also. If we keep current rating same , whether different sizes of lugs are recommended. ( it may be noted that fault level at higher voltages are more .)
    We are confused certain manufacturer supplies cable joint kits with cable lugs of longer tail.

    2nd question :- For HT XLPE cables ( since conductor cross section is perfectly circular, any special punching/crimping technique is needed ?

Ihave a 200a panal in my house. I want to put a 200a sub in my barn. I know seimans don't make a 200a 2pole breaker. Is there a lug kit available for doing this? Any suggestions?
