But I'll give you some hints to answer your own question :

A 250 KVA generator provides that power over 3 phases.
Your load has to be powered from these 3 phases.

The only way to share the load equally is over the 3 phases of the generator.

So what is your load?
How is this load currently spread over 3 phases?
And how would you spread the load if it has to be shared equally?

Yep, you read into the problem. 3 phase is a good assumption. Homework is too. As another answer, the 140 kW load should have already been distributed equally among the phases, so no adjustment is necessary.

PS: "W" as in Watts should be capitalized because it's a proper name. "A", for Ampere should also for the same reason.

Eample: You can share the Air conditioning load with cooking, but you may not be able to share a "sump pump" load. You may be able to share multiple refrigerator/freezer loads, at least manually.
