    Interst rates
We want to refinance our home mortgage which is now at 6% to at leaset a 5% on a 30 year fixed rate. We started watching rates on January 21, 2009 when they where at 5.25 % and since then they have only risen. All the number on the ecomendy have be pointeing downwork so why are interst rates doing the same. Do you think that we missed the bottom? Will the bank resercure program help rates come down?

    Thanks
