I'm having a little trouble understanding something. If my company goes out and do a WTP survey, and the answer we get is that our customers are willing to pay £10 for us to improve a particular service. When I submit my business plan, what is the link between what they are willing to pay and the amount (of money) I will submit to be approved that can be passed on to their bills?
