It seems like the vinyl one I have isn't worth much. They are all limited editions as far as I can tell. Mine is # 829 out of 1000. I think in good condition she MIGHT fetch 5-10$ on eBay. But she's in a GIANT TLC category.
I don't know anything about the porcelain ones.

I have a granny doll about 32 inches, really old jacket and dress on, really pretty white hair.
1-5000, how old do you think it is and how much is it worth?

Cathay Collectible dolls, the baby doll kind, sell for around $30 up to $50 new. I don't think the company has been making them a lot of years, so they probably aren't too valuable at this time. Last time I looked on their website, you could buy them at reduced prices, too. I have about a dozen of them simply because I love the baby kind. Feels like you're holding a real baby without being wet on or spit up on. Even if they'd become real valuable, I doubt I could part with any.
