In the morning my dog wakes up & excited to see me & starts sniffing for food. I feed her maybe half a cup every 15 minutes & after force her pedialyt. I don't know if this is wrong but I have been feeding her every 15mins till she gets full. A couple hours later she looks too sad. What can I do?

Has she been checked by a vet? Force feeding and forcing water may be doing more harm than good if there is a medical problem.

I agree, what is she recovering from and has she been treated by a vet? 1/2 cup every 15 min through out the day, for an hour, or how long? 1/2 cup every 15 min for even an hour can be a lot of food for a small dog! Why are you forcing pedialyte if she is in recovery? Will she not drink water on her own? We definitely need more information to go on here. Illness and weight and size and breed will help us in determining an answer for you.
