Has he been neutered?
Sounds like he is marking his territory because he felt threatened by the other dog being there.
Get yourself a really good enzyme cleaner and thoroughly clean the spot where he has been going.
You can also lay some aluminum foil down on the ground or against the wall if he lifts his leg. Most dogs hate the sound when the urine hits the foil and stop.

I agree with Shaz, it sounds like he is marking his territory. You need to do a good deep clean to get rid of both your dog's and the other dog's scent. Also sounds like it could be the beginning of separation anxiety. Have you ever considered crating while you are away?

Well I haven't ever needed a creat for him but I got some cleaner and going to nail that spot super good maybe even twice and then try the foil trick , I don't think is a separation issue because it's the same thing every day so... ill keep you posted thanks a bunch

That sounds like a separation issue to me, plus I agree about getting him neutered to avoid him marking his territory.

Separation anxiety is something that happens EVERY time you leave. Every day. And it becomes more destructive the longer it's left.

Dogs don't have watches and don't know how to tell time. No matter how long you're gone, even for two minutes, to the dog it was HOURS, and he'll greet you like he thought he'd never, ever see you again.

I agree, I mean the longer the situation is left unaddressed, the worse the behavior becomes. In a study I was reading "they" say that your dog will do the most damage with in the first 1/2 hour that he is left.
