My dogs 9 weeks old and every time I take him outside or put him out he comes back in and pees or poops in the house.I started now to take the dog outside and stay with the dog while it does its business but when I go out he doesn't do anything and he comes in and goes. Help my husband is not happy.

How can I train my 2 months shih tzu to do in the right spot not on the carpet, I used newspapars, dog pads but non was good :)

My Three Year old Shih-Tzu seems to be throwing up a yellow saliva like substance every other day. We keep him on a good lean diet, with limited treats. Anyone have an idea what may be the cause of this?
