Pup outside for 40 minutes, gets put into crate then poops
I have a 12 week old HavaZu that I am trying to potty train outside. She will hold her pee/poop overnight (10pm to 7am) but what I am struggling with is that after I feed her, she does not always poop. I let her play inside for 10 to 15 minutes then take her out. Today's example is that: this morning she peed at 7am, ate at 7:30 went out peed/pooped, pooped in her crate at 10:00, ate lunch went out and only peed, I took her out two other times that afternoon and she only peed, ate dinner at 4:45, she was outside for 40 minutes.. nothing, put her in her crate, she pooped with in minutes.
Note: she has pooped outside before but this is starting to become a regular thing with her.

    Clean the crate thouroughly.

Don't let her back in until her bowels move after eating. That could take a couple of hours now that she thinks her crate is the potty.

Could it be an anxiety issue in the crate? Is that where she is overnight?
Getting her moving, running if possible usually helps them to eliminate. Even if they are trying to hold it, they can only do it so long if they are running or quickly walking. Try a long walk at a quick pace. She is still a baby, be patient and try not to discipline her when she has an accident in the crate, that will create anxiety about the crate.
Speaking of the crate, make sure she only has enough room to turn around and lay down. If it a bigger crate, you can block off part of it. The wire crates have dividers available and for a plastic crate you can use a plastic vegetable basket. Dogs do not want to lie in their waste or eliminate in their bed. Make sure she doesn't have room to do it on one end and still lie down in the other end.

She is in the crate at night and I am nearby. The crate is very small and she only has enough room to turn and lay. So when she goes in the crate she needs a bath. I have not discipline her since I read that you should only do that if you catch them in the act of the accident. She seems to like her crate and will go into it on her own if she is tried of playing or the kids are bothering her too much. I walk around the yard with her following me but she does not go. We are having snow/rain lately so I am holding out hope that it is the weather which she does not like going in.
