    Panting dog
A friend of mine just moved off the street to another house. Her dog is about 11 yrs old. Roxie(dog) is not used to new house, he is only been in it for 4 days and she brought him to my house because she had to go out of town over the weekend. He started to pant and I thought he was having a anxiety attach and didn't know what to do, then it went away. He started panting again last week (but it was warm) so a put a cool towel on him and he felt better. Now she is home and says that the dog is panting again, can he be having anxiety attach again, if so is there any thing she can do over give him for it. She can't afford to take him to a vet just now?

If the cool towel worked the one time, I would try it again. Careful attention to his comfort and a little extra attention may be all he needs.
