    Old age?
I have a rotty/german shepard mix... goin on about 5 years now. He just recently has been sick. I don't know the problem, he drools a lot more than usual, doesn't eat, and barely moves. When he does he seems to be real weak (shakes) and needs assistance. What do I do?

You need to take you dog to the Vet, there is nothing we can do to figure out what is wrong with him online, you need a Vet, ASAP

    Hi,
I really agree with seeing a Vet, as soon as possible.
Being weak could be a sign of low Red Blood Cell count, or anemia, which can be helped with medications. It could be other things as well.
Please take him to a Vet. He/She might want to take a blood sample, and see if his body functions, chemistry, is OK.
I do wish you and he the very best. If he is 5 yrs old; No, that's not old age. Many live to be older than 15 yrs old.
