Searching online or otherwise for random Lab owners to mate with your dog is not the best way to go about this.
First, please find some books on the subject of Labrador Retrievers. Educate yourself on the breed and their specific needs/traits.
Then, if you are so inclined, please find other Lab owners/breeders in your area with the help of the American Kennel Club at this website:
http://www.akc.org
... where you will find links to Labrador Retriever clubs/breeders in your area. They can help you to decide if your animal is suitable for breeding. Just because your dog is "pure bred', does not mean you should breed it. Reputable breeders do it for a love of the breed and to ensure that the breed standard is maintained.
Breeding your 'pure bred' to your neighbor's 'pure bred', is not advised. For instance, Labs are notorious for having hip problems. Has your animal been x-rayed? Will you have the other animal x-rayed?
