    That is a question for your vet. I know a lot of people can't afford vet bills, but if the puppy keeps refusing food and water, it will eventually die. And only a professional can identify the problem.

    Exactly right! We can't diagnose him. It could be anything from Parvo to a blockage and anything in between. You need tot ake him to the vet.
