You have confused her, now she thinks all she has to do is poop on the paper. You should have started outside immediately if you want her completely trained. However, seeing as she is five months old you may be able to correct this bad behavior. As soon as she starts panting (usually meaning she needs to do something as in pee or poo) get her outside. She should be starting to give you signals. You just have to read them.

Thanks for the advise why won't she hold it if she is in such small area? I thought they are not suppose to go pee or poo in their area ,pardon my ignorance it's the first time I own a dog.

If she pees in one spot, unless you wash it very good, she will smell it and go there again, it's true for most dogs. You could try getting help from a trainer, or tips for housebreaking from your vet. You should reward her when she goes outside, and help her and take her reguarily outside to give her the option to. But if she goes inside, do not punish her, but do not reward her, but be sure to clean it up very good- she may just smell it, or be used to going in the house, or need help adjusting to going outside. Be patient, she is learning. Try to let her outside a few times every day.
    Good luck!

A five month old toy sized dog should need to go about every four hours, unless there's an issue with anxiety or excitement. If you miss the signs but see her starting to squat, take her out immediately. When she goes outside, lavish praise is the rule. If she tries to go inside, taking her out is the best way to re-train her.
