I am appalled that anybody plans breeding a dog without doing enough research to have answered that and many other questions. You may be a victim of society's failure to educate people about what it takes to do so responsibly. It is irresponsible to breed a dog without carefully checking for possible genetic problems for both her and the stud. Please go to American Kennel Club - akc.org and read what they say about responsible breeding. Also check Petfinder.com: Adopt a pet and help an animal shelter rescue a puppy or kitten. to see how many of her breed in your area need homes. It is all too common for the unknowing to add to our problems of excess and low quality dogs.

    Thanks for the advice
