I have a multitude of problems. To start, I thought I had his potty training going well. For about a week he would do his business outside when I took him and very few accident within the house. The passed 2 days he has been peeing hysterically. Seems like every time I turn he is peeing right in front of me, even on my lap once. I take him out for his business with success and not too long after we come back inside, he is peeing again. It is driving me nuts. He also hardly peed in his crate but now does.
Speaking of crates, his is right next to my bed. I crate him at night and when I need to go out for an hour or 2. He cries every time I put him in. Is this going to be every time? Im losing some sleep due to this inconvenience. I ignore him when he cries. No attention. Also will not open the door until he stops crying. Any help would be appreciated.
I take him on long walks once or twice a day. I take him outside frequently. He eats at 7am 2pm and 7pm. I may pull his water after his last meal. But that does not stop the rampant peeing throughout the day.

There are some really good training tips in the stickies at the top of this page.
It would be worth a read.
Your puppy is just a baby still, and can't be expected to control his bladder like an older dog.
You will need to be consistent and patient and remember that it won't happen overnight.
Most dogs are not fully trained until they are about 9 months old, even then they may have the occasional accident.
And get ready to lose some more sleep because this will take a while.
If you are new to dogs then let me tell you, be prepared to be "inconvenienced" for about another 10 to 15 years, as it is a commitment for life.

I have to state this. He's only 2 months old. At that age, he really can't hold his bladder. Potty training at 2 months is almost unheard of.

As for the crying in the crate. At his age he will likely need a potty break throughout the night, one or two times. If he's crying as soon as you put him in the crate, after just having a potty break, then he's looking for attention. If he's waking you up in the middle of the night, crying, then it's likely because he needs to go out. The fact that he's peed in his crate says a lot. Dogs don't pee in their crate unless they have no other choice.

He should be going out at least every 2 hours, even if he hasn't had anything to drink. He should never be left in the crate for longer than 2 hours throughout the day (it's one hour for every month of age).

All in all, like Sam said, this will take time. He's still very young. It's not realistic to think he'll be potty trained soon. But do keep training him. :)

If you're worried about the amount of urine, mention it to his vet when he goes for his next set of shots. He could be suffering from a urinary tract infection.

Thank you for the support. I've had dogs before and only one other puppy. A Maltese. But this is the first that is completely my responsibility. I've studied of plenty before making the decision. He is doing really well today with his pee habits. No accidents yet. I know tha pains of training. But the amount of peeing was abnormal. But he seems to be back on track now.

Okay. He's back on his rampage. I take him out every 2 hours, after he eats, after his naps, and after a good play time. In mid afternoon he will pee three times outside. I'd bring him in and he would pee two more times. Take him back outside and he'd pee more. Back inside, pees again. Is this normal?

I think a vet visit is in order to make sure he does not have an infection. It is starting to sound like it as you say he is peeing more than normal.
