    Hello I am new this site;

    I have been married 2 years today is my anniversary; my spouse is military; He use to be a loving and neutering person while dating; anyhow He has become extremely cold and distant long before He deployed 7 months into our relationship; more and more different on every visit I feel He had and affair or several with no proof; in the end I want a legal separation I have mentioned it several times; what are my rights if I am a military dependant; I have a child and only work a part time job; I'm afraid to wind up on the streets... dazed and confused

    I took on a vehicle and permission while my spouce was deployed I want a divorce or legal seperation; will He have the right to take my transportation... we have a child together and a step child

    In the state of Arizona what financial rights will have husband have a responsibility to during our separation Hes military we have a baby and a 12 year old; He lives in another state; can he disagree to a legal separation? Because I know this is not his goal but at the same time will not change; if He does not sign papers can He still have a financial obligation to his family...

    Where is your home of record, and where is your husband's home of record? If you are in the US, you will fill for separation and/or divorce in a state court. Statistics show that single or separated parents face poverty head-on. When you file for divorce, you will ask for temporary and permanent alimony, child support, custody of your child, and possession and use of your household items, including the transportation. Keep in mind that if you have it and are using it, you will most likely be responsible for any payments and insurance. He doesn't have to sign for the papers because a deputy will 'serve' him with a copy. Of course, you run the risk that he might become an absent Dad. I believe that as long as he is in the military, the authorities will require him to send you an allowance of some amount, set by the judge.

    Yes, of course he can contest and fight everything, You will be able to get child support, each state has its own way to figure it. So what you need to do is get a full time job, So you can afford to live on your own, he will not normaly be paying you all your living expenses, So if you are on the street will be your choice, if you work you won't be.

    You would file for divorce, file for division of property, who keeps what ( court will decide who gets what) and you file for custody of the children, and what visitation he should get ( again he most likely will fight that one out though mediation) and of course get a temporary child support in place.
