    I am seeking a divorce from my husband and want to keep the home. We have 4 children under the age of 15. I work from my home, running a childcare service. Giving up the house could cost me my business. Please tell me what I can do.

    Hire the best Attorney you can find and have him/her make the best argument he/she can make.

    Many, many factors enter into the distribution of assets when there is a divorce.
