Steps for filing for Divorce in Ontario Canada
I have been separated from my Husband for almost a year now and would like to file for divorce. Does anyone know what steps need to be taken in order for me to do so?

After 3 months, I changed my marital status with the Government to separated and I really just want to be able to cut ties with him as soon as possible

What does you "changed your status" with the Government mean?

You need to file for divorce - here is a very good site. A LOT depends on assets, grounds, children, a number of other concerns. http://www.canadiandivorcelaws.com/

Are you legally separated OR living apart?
